What Plushfolio is

Plushfolio is an iOS app that helps Jellycat collectors scan, identify, and track the value of their collection. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Waitlist

By submitting your email on our coming soon page, you agree to receive a launch notification email from Plushfolio. You can unsubscribe at any time. We will not spam you.

Collection data

Any collection data you enter into Plushfolio (plushies, values, notes) belongs to you. We store it securely to power the app experience. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Market values

Value estimates provided by Plushfolio are for informational purposes only. They are based on available market data and are not a guarantee of resale value. Plushfolio is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on these figures.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Plushfolio for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the app
Submit false or misleading information
Interfere with the operation of the service

Intellectual property

All content, design, and branding within Plushfolio is owned by Plushfolio. Jellycat is a registered trademark of Jellycat Limited. Plushfolio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Jellycat Limited.

Limitation of liability

Plushfolio is provided as-is. We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plushfolio is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Plushfolio after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
